Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD) impacts millions of people, likely even someone that you know. But what do AUD and sobriety mean for someone working in craft beer? As members of the craft beer community, we are passionate about the products we create. However, we also have a responsibility to promote responsible consumption. For some, that may mean refraining from drinking alcohol altogether. The good news is that it is possible to thrive in the industry while remaining sober. It is also possible to recognize problem drinking behaviors early on, provide support, and create inclusive spaces for all of our colleagues and friends.
