What is it like to own and run a brewery when you have an autism spectrum disorder? In this seminar, Linda van Loon and Amund Polden Arnesen from Eik&Tid, a brewery in Norway, will answer this question. Expect funny, hilarious, but also serious stories on what it is like to work in an industry where sensory overload of aromas and flavors is almost inevitable. Learn how a different way of thinking and an unique view of the world affects their work and the beers that they make. The speakers will discuss how you can accommodate this group of neurodivergent people that are joining both the workforce in the beer industry and the consumer base in your taprooms and festivals more and more.
