Join us for a thought-provoking session as we confront the crucial topics of sobriety in the brewing industry and promoting responsible alcohol consumption. We explore how a mindful and humanistic approach can shape a brewery culture that prioritizes wellness and supports both staff and customers. Hear directly from three industry professionals who have faced this struggle personally and used it as leverage to propel themselves forward, further than they ever dreamed, to impact the industry in a positive way through their own experiences.

In this seminar, we address the challenges faced by individuals in the brewing industry, where alcohol use disorder (AUD) can silently creep into lives, overshadowing the passion and joy of the craft. Gain a deep understanding of the factors that contribute to this issue and learn effective strategies to engage in open and honest conversations about sobriety with your staff. Discover the power of promoting responsible alcohol consumption within your brewery and beyond. We will explore practical approaches and initiatives that can be implemented to cultivate healthy drinking habits among your staff and educate customers on making informed choices. From alcohol education programs to creating a welcoming environment that extends beyond alcohol-centric experiences, we provide actionable insights for fostering a culture of balance and wellbeing.

Together, let’s embrace a beer culture that thrives on wellbeing, support, and the celebration of great brews in a balanced and sustainable way.
