Brewer [at Triumph Brewing Co. in Philadelphia and New Hope, Pa.]. I got lucky.

Cream Ale and a plethora of other styles.

What’s the best part of being a part of the craft brewing community?

I suppose brewing would be the best part.

What do you like to do in your time away from the brewery?

Fight crime.

What’s your favorite food and beer pairing?

Stilton bleu and dry stout.

What’s your favorite beer that your brewery does not produce?

Wagner Übier.

What’s the most memorable travel destination at which you’ve had a chance to sample the local beer?   

Everything good and bad throughout Germany was most impressive.
