The Intro to Ingredients course is a 30-minute online self-guided training intended as a beginner-friendly resource that doesn’t require a technical brewing background. Any beer industry professional or enthusiast can benefit from having a foundational understanding of the building blocks of beer and how they’re used to formulate beer recipes.

- Identify the four key beer ingredients: malted barley, water, hops, and yeast
- Review the brewing process and when ingredients are incorporated
- Explore the different flavors and aromas that ingredients lend to beer
