An Ohio appeals court has overturned a previous trial court decision, upholding a successor manufacturer’s termination of a distributor and underscoring several important provisions in the state’s franchise law. The court found that The Brew Kettle Production Works was in its rights under both statutory and definitional terms when it terminated Premium Beverage Supply.
