Senate Bill 343 would allow family members of a licensed distributor or wholesaler of alcoholic beverages that have reached the age of majority and are not an officer, director, employee, or stockholder of such licensed distributor or wholesaler to be a licensed manufacturer or retailer of alcoholic beverages or an owner, proprietor, or lessor of a place covered by a separate beer or liquor license.
