He joined the BA at its inception in 2005, having previously worked as Programs Director for the Brewers Association of America. Senate Bill 3 seeks to prohibit manufacturers and out-of-state shippers from requiring wholesalers to pay for alcoholic liquor upon delivery and to give wholesalers in good standing a reasonable amount of time to pay for such alcoholic liquor.
