Senate Bill 251 changes residency requirements for brewer and distributor licenses for residents of the state and authorizes combined licenses for brewers and brewpubs. Additionally, the bill: changes growler requirements and increases the daily number of growlers sold to customers: permits multiple licenses to individuals and the operation of a brewery, winery or distillery by the same company or individual; eliminates festival fees and allows breweries, wineries and distilleries to attend the same festival events; eliminates Sunday sale restrictions for brewers and brewpubs; and permits brewers to make their own analysis of the alcohol contents of their products and gravity readings.
