The Brewers Association (BA) beer quality online courses provide training for brewing industry professionals who oversee and support the production of beer as the brewer intended.

Taught by a professional brewer through a production lens, students identify beer quality risks from brewhouse to package and learn to recognize when and how to intervene. The program introduces common techniques used to evaluate physical and microbiological properties of beer throughout production and prepares students to make informed choices about practical methodologies, sampling plans, and organizational tools used to develop an overall quality management program specific to their beer quality goals.
