He joined the BA at its inception in 2005, having previously worked as Programs Director for the Brewers Association of America. Before coming to the small brewing industry in 2001, Pete worked for 14 years with both state and federal elected officials in Pennsylvania and Washington, D.C.

Twice a year, the federal government releases the Unified Agenda of Federal Regulatory and Deregulatory Actions, outlining planned actions across all federal agencies.

The Spring 2024 edition of the Unified Agenda is now available and contains eight items of interest to brewers related to anticipated actions by the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB). Reference this summary document for more information on these expected actions and their timelines.

Important note: As revisions to expected action dates are common, it should be understood that stated dates are best case scenarios.
