The Profit behind Prioritizing your People

Craft Brewers Conference 2023
Location: Nashville, Tennessee
Speakers: Lindsey Bonadonna

So you’re looking to increase team engagement, sustainability, communication, sense of belonging, and trust in themselves, the company, and their co-workers, but keep getting met with objections from leadership that isn’t quite on the same page…yet.

In this interactive seminar, we’ll first explore how, by supporting individual employees in caring more deeply about themselves, they will, in turn, care more deeply about the company, the other humans they work with, the customers they serve, and have the capacity to sustainably and meaningfully grow the brewery, themselves, and other people in their lives for years to come.

Secondly, we’ll jump out of the box of what used to be “enough” to make your people feel prioritized, and discuss what meaningfully prioritizing your people—their health, life, and wellbeing—looks like in 2023.

Next, we will explore exactly HOW to recruit other leaders onto your prioritizing people team by looking at the difference between ROI (return on investment) vs. VOI (value on investment), as well as how to develop key metrics that clearly show the profit behind what happens when you prioritize your people.

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn more about what it means to create a meaningful, unique-to-your-brewery, people-first culture that results in increased engagement, communication, sense of belonging, and profit Discuss how to effectively and impactfully recruit other leaders onto your prioritizing people first team Understand how to effectively measure the impact of your people prioritizing efforts to the bottom line Acknowledge that it really is that simple: by seeing your humans as humans, and not objects, everyone, including the company and bottom line, thrives
